Spring Cleaning, Restoration and Cruise Ship

Compatriots,

Last Saturday was great at all three of our revolutionary museums. Thank you so much to everyone who helped to cleanup the museums so they look their best for the summer season.

War Office - Lebanon
Bob Rivard

Nathan Hale Schoolhouse - East Haddam
George Grieder
Tricia Herel
Colin Herel
William Herel
Nicole Walden

Nathan Hale Schoolhouse - New London
Tyler Smith
Stephen Marshall
Stephen Shaw

In New London, Stephen and I tore down the chimney to the base of the second floor. We had a major leak in the roof around the chimney and we found that there should be a fireplace up there as well. After removing it we found that the original was much smaller. The details keep adding up.

Today was incredible in New London, when the cruise ship Maasdam came to port for the day. Dian Locke and I had 328 visitors from 9am to 4:30pm.
Great people from all over the country. We have two more ships coming in during the month of Sept and Oct.

Patriotically,

Stephen P. Shaw
